    Physical activity is important for students just like their academic studies. They cannot ignore the physical activities for many reasons. There are many students in every grade level at schools across the country are struggling with their health and they used to go through many illnesses just because they don’t do exercise. Students need physical health and mental health in order to thrive in their studies. Physical activities can help students to gain much required physical and mental health. Exercise, in fact, develops academic performance because exercise can offer a healthier lifestyle and better self-control. The lack of physical activity may result in awful health and obesity. Physical activity can improve academic performance by means of habit development, superior psychological health, and alterations in the brain, backing up cognitive function and learning.
